MOTHER OF MERCY CHAPEL
(OSTROBRAMSKA)
Welcome to the Ostrobramska Chapel – a truly special place in our parish, created from the depths of our hearts and at the request of many faithful parishioners. This chapel is a beautiful expression of our great love for the Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Mercy, the Lady of the Gate of Dawn. The chapel is housed in the former convent building, which now serves as a Polish school and a vibrant center of our Polish community.
At the heart of the chapel, right next to the tabernacle, is an image of Our Lady of the Gate of Dawn, painted by one of our parishioners, the iconographer Ewa Krepsztul. This image was the inspiration for the entire Ostrobramska Chapel, which over time began to gather numerous votive offerings and gifts. Some of these come from other Marian chapels across the United States, while others have been offered by devotees of Our Lady of Mercy from Poland, Lithuania, and many other countries.
Since its dedication in 2024, the Ostrobramska Chapel has become a place of fervent prayer, parish gatherings, and daily Eucharistic celebrations. It is more than just a place of worship; it is the true heart of our community, uniting generations and cultures in a shared devotion to the Blessed Mother.
We warmly invite you to visit this special place and experience the spiritual atmosphere that fills it.
